How to build a product library in Woila

Upload product photos and descriptions so Woila has the context it needs for sharper creative.

Transcript

Before Woila can create useful ads and social content, it needs to understand what your business sells. That starts with the product library. From the Products page, we can add a new product in just a few steps. Upload one or more product photos, then add a clear product name and a short description. The photos give Woila visual reference for future creatives. The description gives the AI context, like what the product is, who it is for, and what benefits should be highlighted. Once the product is added, it appears inside the product library. This becomes a reusable asset that can be used later when creating image ads, videos, organic posts, and campaign content. Each product card also has quick actions. You can download the image, add more images to the same product, mark it as a favorite, remove the background, or manage the product if you no longer need it. Background removal is especially useful when you want a clean product cutout for ads, product shots, and polished social content. As the library grows, search and filters make it easy to find the right product. You can search by name, sort products, show favorites, find products with multiple images, and filter by product details or date added. The goal is simple. Build a clean product library once, then let Woila use it as the foundation for better, faster creative generation.

How to turn a product into a finished Instagram ad with Woila

Attach a product, describe the angle, and get the creative, caption, and final post.

Transcript

In this walkthrough, we are turning a saved product into a finished Instagram ad using Woila. We start in Create mode by writing a simple prompt. The request is to create a polished ad for the bracelet, make the product the hero, use a premium lifestyle look, and include benefit-led copy. The bracelet product is attached directly to the prompt, so Woila already has the product image and context. That keeps the workflow simple. The user does not need to re-upload assets or explain the product from scratch every time. After sending the prompt, Woila creates a workflow preview. It shows the steps it is about to take. Gather product data, generate the ad creative, prepare the post, review the required fields, and publish to the connected Instagram account. Once the plan is approved, Woila generates the creative and writes the caption. The result is a clean lifestyle image with the bracelet as the focus. Plus, benefit-led ad copy that is ready to use. If the creative needs adjustment, the user can regenerate it with more specific direction. This makes it easy to refine the style before approving the final version. After approval, the creative is saved and prepared for publishing. Woila shows a review screen with the image, Instagram destination and caption, so the user can check everything before it goes live. At the end, the finished post is published on Instagram with the generated image and caption. This is the full path from a saved product to a polished, published ad.

How to create a short 9:16 video ad with Woila

Pick a format, attach a product, and approve a vertical video ad built for social.

Transcript

Here, Woila creates a short-form video ad from a saved product. In Create mode, we switch to video, choose a vertical 9:16 format, set an eight-second duration, and write a prompt for a premium necklace ad. The prompt describes the scene, the model, the close-up to wide reveal, and the call to action. Then we attach the necklace product so Woila has the right product context before generating. Woila previews the workflow, gathers the product data, and generates the creative. The result is a vertical video preview with matching ad copy. From here, the user can approve, regenerate, or cancel. Once approved, the finished video is saved to My Creations, ready to reuse in ads, landing pages, and social posts.

How to remix ad inspiration with your own product in Woila Discover

Browse inspiration, inspect the style, and remix the concept with your own product.

Transcript

Discover helps you start with inspiration instead of a blank prompt. Here we open Discover, search for a fragrance-style creative, and review the visual tags that describe the look. Instead of copying the original ad, Woila uses it as a style reference. We choose one of our saved products, then recreate the concept for that product. The new creative is generated and saved into My Creations, ready to use in future ads and social posts.

How to publish an organic Instagram post with Woila

Generate captions, review the destination, and publish organic posts in one flow.

Transcript

In this video, Woila turns a saved creative into an organic Instagram post. We start by attaching an existing creative from My Creations. Then, choose the Instagram account where the post should be published. The prompt asks Woila to write a concise caption and publish it to the selected destination. Before anything goes live, Woila shows the workflow plan, including the review and validation step. Next, the post is prepared with the image, destination, and generated caption. The user can still modify the caption or change the destination before approving. Once everything looks right, the post is approved and published.

How to create a Meta ad campaign with Woila's guided setup

Choose a goal, review targeting and placements, and save the campaign as a draft.

Transcript

In this walkthrough, Woila helps create a Meta campaign from a guided setup flow. We start in Market mode, where campaign performance, account data, and existing campaigns live in one dashboard. From there, the campaign wizard walks through the key setup decisions, starting with the campaign goal. Next, Woila collects the campaign name, Facebook page, buying type, and special ad category. The setup continues through audience targeting, including age, gender, interests, and Advantage+ placements. For safety, the campaign is saved as a draft instead of being launched immediately. Woila then builds the campaign and returns to the Market dashboard, where the new campaign appears in the campaign list.

How to create Meta ad sets with AI autofill in Woila

Let AI draft audience, optimization, and placements, then review before it runs.

Transcript

In this walkthrough, Woila makes it easier to create ad sets inside an existing Meta campaign. We start from the Market dashboard and open a campaign that already has its objective and budget set. From the campaign detail view, we create a new ad set. This is where delivery settings are configured, including status, schedule, optimization, audience, and placements. Instead of filling everything manually, Woila can autofill the ad set with AI. Here, Woila suggests a broad, cold traffic audience, uses the campaign-level budget, sets the location to Canada, and keeps Advantage+ placements on. The ad set is created in a paused state, so it can be reviewed before delivery starts. Finally, the Audience tab shows the completed targeting setup, reach estimate, placements, and optimization settings for the new ad set.
