A connected brand is one Facebook Page plus one Instagram account. Auto-engagement replies also use 1 credit each, and each plan caps how many can be sent per month.
How AI credits work
- Credits are how Woila meters AI work — generating images and videos, chatting with Oki, planning calendars, removing backgrounds and replying to comments.
- Each plan's credits are granted every billing period. Paid plans renew on your billing date; Free credits renew on the 1st of each month.
- Unused plan credits don't roll over. Top-up credits do.
- Generations that fail in Woila's pipeline are refunded to your balance automatically.
- The Billing page in the app shows your balance, usage history and the cost of every action.

Example: Pro's 400 monthly credits cover about 80 images, or a mix such as 5 eight-second 1080p videos (170 credits) plus 46 images (230 credits).
Credit top-ups
Need more in a busy month? Buy a one-time credit pack from the Billing page:
- 190 credits for $15 (USD)
- 800 credits for $60 (USD)
Top-up credits are added to your current balance and roll over until you use them. They're non-refundable once applied.
Billing, trials and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically.
- Annual billing saves about 17% compared with paying monthly.
- Annual plans may include a free trial. During a trial, up to 50 credits can be used before the first payment; the rest of the plan's credits unlock once that payment succeeds.
- Cancel anytime from the billing portal in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your plan and credits until then.
- Upgrades and downgrades go through the same billing portal and are prorated.
